Laurie is the founder of Back It Up, was born and raised in Colorado Springs, and runs another company called Local Motion Productions. Laurie is a big supporter of local businesses and female entrepeneurs. When she had the idea for Back It Up she knew she could count on friends and family to make it happen. She's honored to serve this community in multiple ways and to have such a great team behind her.

Karina is the co-founder of Back It Up and also manages a local wedding boutique called Springs Bridal. She has traveled much of the U.S. and has been calling Colorado her home for several years now. Karina loves helping brides and is excited to be able to do so in more ways than one. She's energetic, hilarious, and a team player.

Natalia is an investor in Back It Up hailing from Florida. She is a beach girl, but she also loves the Colorado mountains. Natalia works as Sales Representative and is a team and regional leader. Natalia tells it like it is and is never afraid of a challenge.

Alexandra is a Mortgage Loan Operator licensed in Tennessee. Alexandra is a hard working go getter and an investor in Back It Up. Alexandra was born in Colorado, but likes to live a life of travel. She also helped build some of our original pieces, talk about a jack of all trades.
