Booking is easiest to do from our website under the Look & Book tab.
Once on the Look & Book page you can click on whichever item you'd like and set a time frame of when you'd need the rental for.
A single rental period lasts for 24 hours and the pricing is based off of this time frame.
If you need a rental for longer than 24 hours the price will increase.
When you go to check out if you don't have an account created through us yet, then you will be prompted to start an account with us.
Once your account is created you'll have to go back to the rental page and click on the cart to continue with the checkout.
After your account is set up and your items are booked we will accept payment in full up front.
Pick Up & Returns
Once you've placed your order you will receive correspondence from us to confirm pick up/return times and location. All rentals are currently stored at the owner's personal residence near Memorial Park.
At Pick UP- a BIU employee will go over safety and set up instructions for your item(s). You will need to initial that you have checked out or returned an item. If you need to send someone to pick up the rental that is not listed on the order, just let us know!
If you return an item damaged, the damage with be assessed by a BIU employee and you may be liable for damage charges.
Cancellations
We understand S*** happens! You can receive a full refund of your order if your cancellation is made prior to the week of your rental date. If your cancellation is made within the week of your rental date, there will be a 50% charge. Please notify us directly with any Cancellation or Postponement needs.
